Green Juice Smoothie Recipe for Detox and Nutrition 

 

( This only takes 5 minutes to prep and wash. Best for breakfast or snack. )

 

Use any blender and any of these ingredients for a nutritious smoothie.

( Kale, Spinach, Celery, Carrots, Cabbage, Dandelion Leaf, or any Green Leafy Vegetables, or a Bag of Super Greens )

 

This is a example of a simple but powerful Green Smoothie 

1 bunch of fresh cilantro

1 bunch of fresh parsley 

1 lemon (juice without seeds) 

1 or 2 ripe bananas

1/2 of apple for sweetness 

3 to 4 cups of water

You can add super greens or any other vegetables to the smoothie.
